How we quote
We do not publish prices, because a bespoke ring cannot honestly be priced before its stone is chosen. The cost turns on the stone above all, then on the cut, the metal, and the bench work the design asks for. Two rings the same size can differ several times over. Tell us your budget and we will tell you plainly what it can achieve. The conversation costs nothing.

A retainer opens the book and comes off the final price in full. It is refunded if you walk away before the drawings are approved. Need the ring sooner than the tier suggests? Say so when you enquire; genuinely urgent commissions can be finished in two weeks.
After you send this
How long yours takes depends on what you are asking for. A straightforward ring can be finished and delivered in two weeks. A fantasy cut, a reclaimed stone or a construction nobody has tried before can take up to four months. You will know which after the first conversation. No automated sequence, no brochure in the post.
A reply from Hanover Square with first thoughts, a realistic range, and two or three questions we need answered before we can draw anything.
A consultation, in London or by video if you are elsewhere. Ninety minutes. Bring photographs of anything the wearer already loves.
Within a week of the consultation, ordinarily, or sooner if you have said the date is tight. Yours to keep either way. If none of them is right we draw again, once, without further charge.
Half on approval of the drawings, the balance on completion. Photographs at every stage, and you are welcome to come and watch the setting.
Ask for urgent and the whole sequence compresses: first drawings within 48 hours, the bench starting the same week.
