A bespoke ring atelier in London. We hold no stock. Every ring is designed around one person, made once, and never made again, in any metal, for anyone else.
The house
Most rings start from a setting, and a stone is found to fit it. We work the other way round. We start from what you already love: a colour, a cut, a family stone, a picture you have kept for years. Then we draw the ring around it. The result rarely looks like anything on a shelf, because it was never meant to.
More and more people want exactly that: a fantasy cut instead of a round brilliant, a deep sapphire instead of a white diamond, a bezel instead of six claws. We build for that instinct. Every finished ring is entered in the record and never made again.

How long yours takes depends on what you are asking for. Urgent from two weeks, unusual ones up to four months. Either way, you will meet the person cutting the wax and the person setting the stones, and you will see the ring more than once before it is finished.
Ninety minutes, at Hanover Square or over video. What it is for, who wears it, what they already own, and what they would never wear. Tell us here if the date is tight.
Painted in gouache on grey card: within 48 hours if the date is tight, within a week otherwise. The drawings are yours to keep, whatever you decide.
We buy against your ring, never from stock. You see certificates and, wherever it is practical, the stones themselves before we commit.
Carving, casting, chasing, setting. Photographs at each stage. If something is not right at the model, it costs a day; after setting, it costs a week.
The ring is numbered, struck with the Zeemek seal, photographed for the record and delivered by hand in London, or by bonded courier anywhere else.
Example work
No metal shank at all. Each band is carved in the round from a single piece of quartz, then set with a stone cut on our own wheel. It is slow, difficult work, and the reason almost nobody offers it. None of these is for sale. They show what the house can make, and any of them can be commissioned around a stone of your own.
Provenance
Every Zeemek leaves with a numbered record card, laboratory certification for the principal stone, a full material and origin note, and a photographic file we keep for as long as the house exists.
Should the ring be sold, given or inherited, the record transfers with it. We will authenticate anything bearing our seal, without charge, forever.
In house, end to end
Most jewellers buy stones already cut, so the design has to fit whatever shape the market produced. We cut our own, and that is what makes an unusual design possible. If the ring needs a hexagon, a kite, or a facet pattern nobody has cut before, we cut it.
Bought uncut wherever we can. More time, more risk, and the only point at which the finished shape is still an open question.
Cut on our own wheel, to the design rather than to a catalogue grade. The cut is a decision here, not a constraint handed to us.
Then the ring is drawn around the stone we have just cut, so the setting answers the stone instead of compromising with it.
The atelier
Every ring is drawn in gouache before it goes near CAD, finished by hand after casting, and set under this roof. Nothing is sent out to be finished elsewhere.
We take on a small number of commissions at a time, on purpose. That is what it takes to get a ring right rather than merely finished.
